How it works
- 1
A coin launches here
Its pump.fun creator fees are pointed at a pool instead of at the launcher’s own wallet. That happens once, in the launch transaction, and you read the transaction before you sign it.
- 2
You carry the mark
The post has to carry @Keryxfun and #ad, and it has to name the coin. Those are read out of the post itself — not asked for, not taken on trust.
- 3
1% of the pool is yours
Read from the chain at the moment your post is accepted, and paid in SOL. The pool is whatever the coin’s fees have accumulated, so an empty pool pays nothing — and the coin page shows what a post earns at the balance it has right now.
Why the mark is not optional
A κῆρυξ was a Greek herald. Two things defined him: nobody could touch him, and he always named who sent him. A herald who did not say whose message he carried was not a herald — he was a man shouting.
This pays people to say things in public. The only version of that worth building is one where every reader can see the post was paid for. So the mark is the condition of payment, checked in the post’s own text — and the database refuses to record a post without it, which makes it a guarantee rather than a policy.
no mark, no fee
What Keryx holds
The pool is an account Keryx controls. Fees arrive in it and payouts leave it, which means this product holds money that is not its own. That is a different risk from a site that only writes instructions, and it is stated here rather than left for somebody to work out.
Every pool address is published on the coin’s row, and every balance on this site is read from the chain with the slot it was read at. You do not have to believe the number — open the account.
Not built yet
- Sending the SOL is not automatic. A payout is decided when a post is accepted and recorded as owed. It becomes paid only when a transaction signature exists, and the Payouts page shows the two apart.
- One post per account per coin. Enforced by the post id being the primary key — the same post cannot be submitted twice — but a second, different post about the same coin is not yet limited.
- No ranking by reach. A post earns the same whether it was seen once or a million times. Reading engagement costs more post reads and would let the share be argued about; a flat share cannot be.
